two years ago pi kapp was nowhere near the conversation of upper mid. Just cuz the upper mid houses like sig nu and lambda got wrecked doesn't mean the middle houses can suddenly replace them. brotherhood, culture, and mixing schedule still the same in pi kapp so they're still mid.

Upper middle tiers weren’t even in this ranking. All it says is that they’re above TDX, DX because their on probation, Pike and PSK. All of these things are true.

multiple guys in new pc for fiji snubbed pi kapp bids and multiple fiji rejects took pi kapp bids... not sure how "wack" the fiji pc could be

so true, our socials are prioritizing pi kapp mixers over sig pi and chi phi this year. so hard to find hot genuine guys in greek life outside of pi kapp

Stay off the weeeeeeeeeeddddduh!!!! You’ve obviously never been to chi phi lmao. Chi phis pc was surprisingly good and they’re pretty fun and have good relations with other upper tier frats. Pi kapp may have taken a good pc but they certainly don’t associate with houses like Sig pi, phi psi, and chi psi on a weekly basis. Maybe they’re dx level but even dx is below Fiji rn.

yea me too! in an upper mid sorority but it's been tough booking pi kapp because they're social sched is already so full. They dev deserve at least upper mid if not upper. pi kapp on the rise!

Pi Kapp, just like calm down. Saying your better than houses like chi phi and sig pi is honestly insane and you know it. You can comment on Greek rank as much as you want but everyone knows this ranking was already very VERY generous for you

This is the original poster and there are an annoying amount of comments about the same thing so I'm just going to address it.
Chi Phi is better than Chi Psi, FIJI, and Pi Kapp. I'm not sure why this is up for debate in the comments. Chi Phi's parties have been better, but Phi Psi has a lot of really good guys. Sig Pi is pretty much the same it's always been but they're getting better w/ their PCs and social calendars. I'm not sure why them all being on the same tier is bad.
Chi Psi has a really good house but I've heard weird things about the guys. FIJI has a really good house and nice guys but their newest PC wasn't good. I went to one party and most of the guys were studying upstairs. Pi Kapp has good parties, nice/cool guys and a good PC, but had the worst ranking before this year out of the 3 near Pike. So, all of these houses were placed on the same tier in this ranking. DX isn't functional right now I'm not sure what will happen when it is.
Pike is cool with a good house getting out of its "lower" reputation and certainly passed Phi Tau and Sammy. I'm not sure why people think this is wrong. It very clearly shows you're in Sammy, Phi Tau, or Lambda. Phi Tau's PC wasn't that good, they're really sweet (probably nicest frat on campus), and parties are a hit or miss. Sammy has a divisive rep. Lambda also wasn't able to do anything last semester, hence why all 3 of you are below Pike.
I've talked to guys/been to parties at all of these places and this is what I've found.

Yeah I'm not in Pi Kapp dude sorry. I have a friend in Pi Kapp, maybe that makes me have a favorable view.

Lol FIJI got a whack PC this year dude. Sure, they’re nice but don’t really know how to talk to girls or are that cute. Pi Kapp guys are cute and usually go out of their way to make sure I have fun so I prefer Pi Kapp personally
