Take girls based mostly on looks:

Go hardest:
DG / Tridelt / Phi Sig
Diverse Personalities:
Theta / Pi Phi / AXO
TriState area / northeast JAP types (not meant to be offensive I swear):
Kappa / SDT / AEPhi
Then Phi Mu is sorta the black sheep of PHC since they're a newer chapter and still kinda getting back on their feet
