This is just my opinion on architecture, not whose frat is "better" so calm down lol.

Looks alright, but does this do a rating of outside physical appearance alone or just inside or both? If it’s just outside sig phi should be down with phi psi.

if this is simply based on the outside of the house a lot of the list outside like the first 5 doesn't make sense to me. But maybe I just have bad taste

not too sure about PSK since I havent been to any of their parties but Ive been to fiji and their house is gorgeous

As a person who's been to most of the houses on the list, I cannot help but disagree.

Alpha Delta Phi / Chi Psi
- Huge and beautiful and both in good spots.

Psi Upsilon / Sigma Phi Society / Llenroc / Sammy (SAE) / DKE
- Each of these houses are beautiful and have their own strengths and weaknesses.

Sigma Chi / DU / DX / FIJI / TDX / Lambda
- Beautiful houses with more apparent issues

Sigma Pi
- Pretty underwhelming house whose "beach" and location are its saving graces. Inside is nice enough though.

Phi Sig / Pi Kapp / Pike / Phi Tau / ZBT
All small and underwhelming.

Don't know enough about the rest.
