Honestly this is pretty good and non biased. I personally feel like SDT is better than Tri delt because they do manage to snag mixers with Sig pi and even a couple with Sig chi and alpha delt and so they should swap. AZD and Pi Phi tied is also perfect. I’m tired of seeing rankings where azd is just below core four. Sure, you guys had a good rush and I’m happy but that doesn’t mean you skyrocket. Pi phi has been on the downfall but the seniors and juniors are still very much relevant and well liked. If pi phi does poorly again and azd does better THAN azd should be any higher in the rankings.

ik but 5 downvotes isn't bad at all. i kinda feel like aephi rushed so much better than axo this year and have had a p good mixer schedule

I agree with a lot of this just keep in mind sdt and tridelt are the same rank if you think about it. Sdt and Sig chi don’t mix but tridelt has like one Sig chi mixer per year about. Sdt does manage to snag an ad mixer every year tho. (Will probably get more since ad is falling & sdt got a good pc this year) Both mix with Sig pi, sdt a lot more though, sdt mixes a lot with phi psi while tridelt has chi phi a lot. And both have chi psi. It’s like two sides of the same coin. And sure pi phi is “better” than azd if you compare entire houses just cause of old reps. I feel like looking at the azd freshman and the wide range of relationships the freshman have with various frats, next year they’re gonna mix a lot better but time will tell.
