after looking at all the rank posts & the pc 2019 I feel like this is it

Eh. Kinda.
SDT had a really good PC but their mixer schedule and rep is still weird. I think that brings them down. AZD had a really good pledge class and will probably have a really good mixer schedule in the fall which would bring them up. Pi Phi just needs to go down, they show up to nothing and their PC was weak as hell. Putting AXO and Aephi as equals is generous. Aephi's pledge class was significantly better.

Agreed that pi phi isn’t upper mid anymore. They’re just achio with more designer clothing. Honestly they probably party even less.

Pretty good take but I would adjust things a little bit
Top
Aphi/DG/Theta
KKG
(APhi might not have the best personalities but they def have the hottest of, DG - consistent top house, takes diverse PCs, Theta - PNM favorite, honestly ppl like the best out of the C4, KKG (new pc is actually rlly pretty & even though they are bottom of the c4 they are still C4)
Upper Mid
DDD/SDT
(Honestly hard to say which one is better, just depends on the vibe u prefer, DDD is also a rush favorite & one of the most liked houses on campus, also takes very diverse PCs, SDT - good PC and always upper mid)
Mid
AXD (last 2 PCs have been a large improvement, chill girls, new pc seems very well connected w frats so their mixer schedule should improve, honestly above pi phi at this point)
Pi Phi (new pc isn’t much worse than past PCs, the problem w pi phi is that they don’t show to mixers this coupled w the fact their new PC isn’t well connected w frats will cause their mixer schedule to decline heavily)
Aephi (new PC Is a large improvement, glad to see this sorority moving up to solid mid tier, however they don’t have much campus presence)
Low Mid
AXO (sweet girls but new PCs are weak)
KD/PSS (KD’s juniors + seniors are strong but new pcs have been weak, they have a strong social chair so maybe they can rise? PSS-new PC is a large improvement so maybe these girls are on the rise? Nice girls they just need to work on their campus presence since some PSS girls are better looking than Pi Phi, AXO, & KD)
Bottom
Phi Mu (just a lot worse than the other sororities tbh, good sisterhood tho)

I agree maybe AEPhi & Pi Phi should be same level (bump pi phi down) & bump AXO down
