I don't feel like kappa is out of the core four just yet, and SDT is better than tri-delt or same level. pi phi is not below azd but it's not above it either anymore. and phi sig's PC is much much better than phi mu's, not really same tier

Move Pi Phi to upper mid. Rest stays the same and Phi Sig & Phi Mu are definitely in the same tier
