Delta Gamma/Alpha Phi: As annoying as most of them are, v hot
Theta: Not their best PC, but still very attractive.
SDT: Honestly almost every single person in their PC is beautiful. I'm not arguing with ya'll about this go look at their PC photo lol.

Upper Mid
Tri Delta/AXID: Tri Delta had a really beautiful, fun and diverse PC this year. AXID had a really hot blonde PC with girls that look like they could be Core 4.
Kappa Kappa Gamma: :/ Kinda whack PC this year guys lmao. Work on that.

Middle
Pi Phi: Cuteish PC. Not the best but still a solid house.
AXO: Not the best PC this year dudes but still some nice/cute girls.
Aephi: Did really well this year. Very cute PC. Not lower middle anymore. Girls are genuine and sweet.

Lower Middle:
KD: Guys what the hell? Made weirdly steep cuts at the beginning of rush to end up with a sad result.
Phi Sig: Did decent during rush. Some solid middle frats like them now.

Lowest:
Phi Mu: Sry. Sweet girls. I feel bad. But :/

A lot of those other houses on this list have social climbers and axid had a great PC and their girls have a lot of friends in a variety of houses so if they keep on doing well they can be upper mid in a couple of years.

kappa ain't just getting knocked out of core four because of one bad pc (not even bad ppl just hate them on here). They still have a great mixing schedule.

Kappas senior pc is their last strong pc and sure they have a great schedule but every year more and more girls dislike them during rush and it’s gonna catch up with them and their PCs are gonna get worse and meaner.
