how is sig phi still considered top 3?

To go off on the point made about seniors carrying a lot of houses and rankings to change, expect houses like Sig phi, ad, du, and dx to lower in the rankings next year. Sig phi not so much, cause like the guy above me said, their juniors and sophomores also have good relations with all of c4. Du is def gonna drop cause next years seniors will be the only solid PC, ad is gonna tank for sure cause they’ve been taking subpar PCs for so long now that not even the cool kids in the current junior PC will be able to hold them up. Expect places like phi psi and chi psi to go up, mainly cause chi psi’s wack seniors will be gone, and cause phi psi is taking better PCs with each new year and trying to improve sorority relations (same with chi psi). Sig chi is always gonna remain top tho cause while the juniors are a subpar Sig Chi pc, they’re still good enough that no house can really make a power move against them. The Sig Chi brand, both at Cornell and nationally, is so strong that they’re literally the only house on campus that can get the top pc on campus while on sopro. As long as this year’s seniors don’t blow it and get them kicked off, they’re set imo.

Their pc is 12, but I basically agree. They haven’t done a great job at rushing because they are comfortable in their position. That being said the pc is definitely not average. They could have taken more kids but their pc is lean, no weird kids or stragglers just to have a high count. I expect them to hold position at 2-3.
