Generally every house has its groupies, but for the most part, the houses that throw the best parties, especially darties, are the most loved ones. That’s basically any house with money and/or a nice physical house AND let people in, so: Sig Phi, Sig Pi, Phi Psi, DX (though not nearly as much as before), and Chi Phi to a lesser extent. For core four type girls, AD, DU, and Sig Chi.
The answer to this question used to be DX hands down but things have changed over the past four years.
Honorable mentions go to Chi Psi/Fiji, also Lambda pre-fall 2017.

I agree with everything ur saying except for the statement that girls like ad. Among c4, sure kappa and deeg are in love with ad, but most girls in aphi don’t like ad and while the older girls in theta, especially the seniors, love ad, the younger girls are very much into Sig phi and Sig pi.
