The detailed post got deleted a quick run down: As far as rep on campus goes. The seniors are considered upper and the juniors borderline upper. These guys cross rushed Phi Psi / DU / Sig Pi and a group of friends got bids at Phi Psi but joined Lambda instead (Spring '17). The sophomores and freshman cross rushed Fiji, Pike and Chi Psi. People complain that there last couple of PC's have been wack but that's mainly cause the guys aren't traditional "waspy golf lambda". Their fall PC was almost all state school transfers, and they bid a lot of juniors and seniors who they found cool. No spring rush definitely killed them and next year the house will have like 25 kids. However people have to realize that almost all of the 25 kids will be the Spring '17 PC which means the house is basically still what used to be "borderline upper." The house has gotten destroyed by the university and it just seems like the multiple layers of different probations from nationals and the school will never let them start on the right foot. It'll be interesting to see what happens moving forward. I personally believe that the quality of the brothers hasn't dropped at all, but people drop them in the rankings because they don't mix and put them next to Pike, sammy, llenroc, phi sig when its clear that those frats aren't anywhere near lambda's rep.
