Phi Tau picked up a great PC quality wise although there were a lot of sophomores in it. PiKapp had the best PC amongst the middle tiers.

Phi Tau FIJI and Pike had a lot of cross rushers, so i guess those are the best 3 in the mid area

Pike actually did ok.. got some pretty good dudes. Phi sig somehow reversed their declining pc trend with 14 guys that seem to fit in well with the house. Phi tau had a really good sized pc and marketed their anti-hazing policies well to the frosh. The others are unremarkable and/or lackluster.

all mid tiers houses actually did relatively well. Was told that Phi Tau took a good amount of sophomores, but other than that, they and other mid tiers houses had a good year.
