Being in Core 4 doesn’t mean you have a “good personality” and if you’re in DG, Aphi, or KKG it almost always means your stale and require equally stale friends.

sure, if by "Kappa did so well" you mean they took average-ass looking white girls and cut all the pretty and kind WOC to boost their ranking.
Theta did the best. APhi is irrelevant unless you think average white blondes are still "top" level worthy. DG did better than usual but Theta obviously won here.
AZD did well too
