It’s different every year which houses do it,
They will get a list of the PNMs who did not get bids or who dropped rush and agreed to be part of the cob system.
Contact your panhel guide and make sure you are out on the list of those wanting tonCOB.
The houses will use that list and reach out to people they’d like to see again and set up a meeting. This doesn’t guarantee anything. But it’s a looser form of rush where you get to know sisters over a period of time and meet them out for coffee (or something like that) and then you get invited out again, etc.
