How good is Phi Sig? How does it compare with other upper mid fraternities? I see a lotta mixed reviews here lol
I feel like its hard to tell because of all the frats on so-pro (lambda, llenroc, DX, etc)

Some are totally cool. There are also some weird ones in that house without a doubt. They haven’t had the same type of disciplinary history as other similar frats but that’s because their pledge process is considered to not be very hard- which gives them a reputation as softies. Known to be involved in other non-greeklife things around campus like SA. Honestly if you vibe with the house, or any house, just go for it. If not, don’t waste your time. Some say they could rise more this rush to fill the vacuum from sopro houses but they had a bad spring ‘18 rush so I’d guess their rush process isn’t good and it probably won’t change much from where it is now

they legit didn’t dirty rush last year - they did his year which is why it’s going so much better

dirty rushing isn't enough to make phi sig good. No kid's gonna choose fiji or chi psi over phi sig just because they went to some parties there last semester

Solidly middle tier. Don't know why phi sig kids are on GR saying they're upper mid after two bad rushes and mediocre relations with sororitys. They're mostly alright guys, some weird ones, decent diversity. Don't really mix w most upper mid sororitys (tri-delt, pi phi, sdt). Mostly mix w KD and AXO.

In case the original poster couldn’t tell, it seems this thread has basically been two people, a kid from Fiji who says they aren’t upper mid and a kid from phi sig who says they mix with core four. The truth is somewhere in the middle of those two things lol

GreekRank is a whole bunch of garbage, I can guarantee you that all the replies on here are frats competing with Phi Sig. Don't look to GreekRank for an answer. You'll be a better fit at some houses than others. The opinions of anonymous people should not factor into your decision.
