Simple Frat Ranks 2019 Pre-Rush. Ranks within tiers could probably be broken down into smaller groups , but this gives a pretty good general outlook. Also, rankings between certain houses within tiers are somewhat subjective based on personal preferences (putting Phi Psi ahead of Alpha Delt for example). Only house that is really on the border between tiers is Lambda, I think that arguments could be made to put them in Tier 2 or Tier 3.
Tier 1:
Sig Chi, Sig Phi, DU, Sig Pi, Phi Psi, Alpha Delt
Tier 2:
Chi Phi, Fiji, Chi Psi
Tier 3:
Lambda, Pikapp, Phi Tau, TDX, ZBT, Sammy, Phi Sig, Pike
Tier 4:
AGR, TKE, Kappa Sig, Phi Delt
Tier 5:
Everyone Else

Lambda has no association with any of the middle houses. Doesn’t mix with them and doesn’t cross rush with them. They’re PCs have been small, but they’re absolutely on par with places like chi phi and Fiji. The kids joining lambda are not even close to the kids joining phi tau or pi kapp

It’ll be interesting to see who they cross rush with this year. Their 2+ year so pro and hazing investigation is a killer and they can’t really even fake getting off so pro at this point. Sig Nu, DX, and Llenroc getting kicked is going to help Lambda, but idk if rushes are gonna join over a mid-tier house not in trouble.
