frat living requirements

Do larger houses (> 60 brothers) require brothers to live at least 1 year in the house? I’m currently a sophomore with an apartment lease for next year looking to rush. Will I have to live in the house my junior year?

each house has a different policy. obviously all would prefer that you live in-house, but whether or not it's mandatory varies with which house it is. if you explain that you have an apartment lease already i'm sure they would try to work something out with you
