My Rush predictions
-despite a 1 year suspension, Sig Chi still pulls a very good underground PC
-Sig Phi and Sig Pi take typical PC’s
-Phi Psi and DU take all of AD’s rushes
-Chi Phi, Fiji, and Chi Psi cross rush each other heavily with all 3 taking good PC’s with DX and Sig Nu gone (Chi Psi taking the best new PC out of the 3)
-Pikapp secures their place at the top of the middle tier with a decent PC
-Lambda gets a very small PC just like last year
-Phi Sig takes another 8 person PC
-Sammy pulls a huge PC albeit not very good
-Phi tau takes a decent PC
-Pike takes a crappy PC

Bump. Chi psi will also take a good PC, given their good party scene and the fact that DX, Sig Nu, Llenroc etc. got screwed over. Chi Psi will cross rush with chi phi and Fiji, but honestly in the past year chi psi has seemed to surpass the two because of probation. Just facts. Congrats fellas

Hot takes incoming
-Sig Chi loses rushes to other houses with suspension/sopro
-Sig Phi takes 10 person PC
-Sig Pi takes a fire PC including more than 2 brown guys, gotta keep them theta relations strong
-DU takes a small but mighty PC due to negative rep regarding being creepy
-Phi Psi despite their dirty rushing, doesn't steal many rushes from DU or Sig Pi but takes a 30 person PC
-AD gets wrecked during rush and snap bids a bunch of weird kids
-Chi Phi, Fiji, and Chi Psi all take similar PC's and spend the next year spamming greekrank about which is the best.
-Lambda cross-rushes with mid-tier houses and gets screwed
-Sammy takes a better PC than Phi Sig
-Phi tau takes a massive PC
-Pike takes a decent PC

Phi psi def got best pc. Sig chi is gonna suffer greatly and 118 will become even more of a relic and chi phi and chi psi seem to be doing pretty well, chi psi especially. Ad is getting Sig chi and phi psi rejects, and du has a mix of chill kids, athletes, and straight weirdos. Sig phi is a bunch of sophomores and some other kids. Sig pi remains classic Sig pi.

Rush is gonna be really competitive this year for Chi Phi/Fiji/Chi Psi. They're all gonna cross rush each other a bunch. With Chi Phi and Fiji off sopro, its gonna be a dogfight. I think all 3 are going to do very well. Tbh, Lambda and Phi Sig are going to be the biggest beneficiaries of Sig Nu/Dx/Llenroc getting kicked.
