what are your rush predictions?

Pi kapp isn’t top of middle, no matter how you look at it. If you have to advertise your parties on Facebook and STILL don’t get anybody there you’re lower mid.

Lambda's gonna cross rush with chi phi, fiji, and chi psi too. They always manage to get good rushes despite their probation issues. Don't count them out

Phi sig had a decent fall PC but if they don’t make up for their weak spring ‘18 pc with a larger one this spring they might officially be on the decline, sad.

what constitutes a good PC? rushing in a couple weeks and genuinely curious

Frats last year with notably decent PCs:

Sig Chi -- top guys of rush as usual
Phi Psi -- lotta guys, some AD steals
Chi Psi -- gave out way too many bids, but the new guys are pretty cool
Llenroc -- lotta guys, but got kicked off lmao
Sammy -- 30+ guys, most are wack, but a good pc for them
DKE -- 17 guys, some weirdos, some decent guys, good for first year

Frats last year with notably lackluster PCs:

DU -- 8 man pledge class
DX -- high 20s, but quality was way down compared to normal
Lambda -- 11 man pledge class
Phi Sig -- 8 man pledge class, not even good quality too lol
Pike -- 20 guys, but some absolute weirdos that destroyed the house

Every other frat took pcs that were on par with years prior

Is it wrong if I say DU is gonna get the best spring PC? A lot of the kids were also cross-rushing AD and Sig Chi, but once Sig Chi started laying low a lot more started going to DU and I’m pretty sure DU seems cooler to the average freshman boy than AD tbh.

I think TKE will do better than suspected. With a nice house, decent new chapter, and a merger with Sig Ep’s last class, they have the chance to cross rush with middle tier houses.

-Sig Chi 1 year suspension decreases the quality of their potential class. With a lot of their rushes cross rushing with other upper houses that they like equally a year off will be hard for them to swallow.
-Sig Phi seems to be rushing kids outside of the groups that are being heavily cross rushed look for them to take a typical class with ease considering their small PC's
-Sig Pi isn't making much noise this year amongst freshman which will lead to a sub-par pledge class
-Phi Psi will take a strong PC and win a good share of the rushes that are cross rushing between them and top houses such as sig chi and DU.
-DU will suffer once again and take a PC with good fits but small numbers.
-AD will fall behind significantly considering the top freshman this year simply dont fit their vibe.
-Chi Phi, Fiji, and Chi Psi cross rush each other heavily with all 3 taking decent PC’s
-DX will still take a PC that is respectable despite rumors once it is revealed they are only on SO PRO
-Pikapp takes a strong PC and remains in the pack as a respectable mid-tier house
-Lambda gets a larger PC and regains traction.
-Phi Sig continues to fade away with a small PC
-Sammy takes a smaller PC from last year as they don't get as many kids visiting their house during smokers because of the density of houses on West
-Phi tau takes a decent PC
-Pike continues to fall
