sdt and sig chi

I know SDT has an occasional AD mixer and they try to and used to have some Sig Phi mixers before, but why don’t they mix with Sig Chi? It seems a bit strange, consider Tridelt and Pi Phi occasionally have 118 mixers but not SDT. Does anyone know why?
