chi psi stayed the same, phi sig did not rise lmao (8 person pc last year)

everything else is good, could say sig chi rose/ other frats close to them declined

that'd be true, except that phi sig was taking kids who got cut from not only upper mid houses, but mid houses like pike and pi kapp as well. du took a small class, but those kids were choosing from other top / upper tier houses
