Teke just got rechartered, whereas Deke is already in solid middle tier. Deke is by far the better frat; however, with time Teke could become a decent frat too.

Deke is solidly lower tier. Have you seen any other rankings posts? They rarely mix or throw parties, I don't even think they can have alcohol at events

DKE just gave bids to anyone that would take them when they came back, TKE is being taken over by a house that was already pretty decent and at least knew how to run a frat. Not saying TKE is gonna be top tier but this isn’t even a question, DKE is a joke and won’t rise past lower tier any time soon

Let's be real, deke mixes better than sig ep at this point. While deke's parties are comparable, the quality of guys is better than sig ep's. All in all, I'd say DKE is the better frat as of the moment
