These things are really dumb. No sorority is bad. You may think that rankings matter but join the sorority you like because you’ll be mixing with a lot of the same people anyway and none of this stuff will matter

In what world? Aphi is really popular among guys but very problematic among girls because of the cattiness, seemingly fake personalities, and general divisions in the house, combined with the fact that the junior PC had huge attitude problems last year when dealing with other girls. While Theta is not perfect (no sorority is), they are generally one of the more nicer and most level-headed houses, making them very agreeable and arguably top house in a lot of people's opinion. As long as Aphi continues to be problematic, they can never be above Theta.
