2019 pre rush week final frat rankings

The order within tiers really does not matter. Only the tiers matter.
~~TOP~~ SIG CHI, DU, AD, SIG PHI
These four exclusively mix with core four (DG, Alpha Phi, Theta, Kappa). The only frats they mix with are with each other as well. Social live is the same within these four houses.
SIG CHI are elitist kids who throw great parties at greystone and 118, and have a semi state school vibe. They also have a really close brotherhood.
DU is a classic state school house with a great mixing schedule and who probably parties the hardest. They are known for a tight brotherhood as well.
AD is full of cool rich kids who can have a strange city kid vibe, but they throw great 8-ways and KAPPA loves them
SIG PHI is honestly the only top house declining. They barely had any big parties besides homecoming. Not quite sure why this site gives them such a great rep.
~~UPPER~~ SIG PI, PHI PSI
these two mix with core four, but not many of them show up to the mixers so they also mix with pi phi/SDT
SIG PI is full of soft preppy looking white guys. They dont mix much in core four besides alpha phi
PHI PSI loves pi phi and SDT when they can’t secure core four, but still mixes with core four a decent amount
~~UPPER MIDDLE~~ DX, CHI PHI
DX and CHI PHI mix with tridelt, SDT, and PI PHI usually. They rarely mix cour four
DX has softer artsy guys who are getting to get slightly creepier over time
CHI PHI has a good group of guys who throw fun CHI FRIDAYS
~~MIDDLE~~ CHI PSI, FIJI, LAMBDA
I dont know too much about them but they are good guys with average parties
(Hard drop off after this sorry boys who didnt make the cut)
