easiest fraternity to get a bid from (as a sophomore)

I know some frats dont like sophomore rushes, but what are some top fraternities that are easier to score bids at?
My friend told me Chi Phi, but I'm not into their vibe, anything else?

Frats don't wanna discourage kids from rushing them
They'll still give you a bid if they really like you
It's just less likely

Is that really true? I'm not too familiar with frats and all that, but will sigma chi really take a sophomore in spring ?
I feel like the fact that I'm a sophomore (not the OP) makes me less desirable to frats than others who dirty rushed all of last semester.

Sig Chi usually takes one or two sophomores every year and sometimes three. So it really depends on what the brothers are feeling.

As someone who rushed as a transfer sophomore during the spring, I can say that it is absolutely possible. Just make sure that you show them why you would be a good fit for the brotherhood and what you can contribute with your presence.
However, with that said, do keep your options open as you definitely don't want to suicide rush and put yourself in a bad situation without any options

I guess this is more generic for rush in general, but I would say 1) talk to as many brothers as you can so everyone can know you and be comfortable voting for you, and 2) get to know a few brothers really well so they can vouch for you and potentially sway the room in case there's any concerns/disagreements

I would like to give this thread a round of applause, honestly.
Every other post on this stupid website is about people who are trying to say that their frat is the best, and compare their fraternity with other fraternities. But this guy genuinely had a concern, and other people came to his aid. It's what the site was built for, people who wanted to find out about fraternities, and other people assisting.
