differences between houses within the same tier are overall pretty slight (they change with new pcs every year), and within the same row is basically interchangeable. notable: aphi's PC18 is surprisingly most diverse out of the top tier while kappa is the least; tridelt's mixer quality for this fall definitely lag behind the other two upper middle houses, but still has a solid rep;KD still mixes significantly better than axo

within the same tier, PNMs should look at fit the most because the 'rankings' within them change every year (however, between different tiers, there are differences)
