Yeah phi sig had an unimpressive spring pc last year. But they had a healthy fall rush so we’ll see how this spring goes for them. As far as rising they’ve had some decent parties this year but they’re still only mixing with mostly mid tier sororitys so I’d say net change of 0, still top of the middle tier pack. Sammy has definitely become slightly more relevant on campus but that’s only because they got the sae house, brotherhood is still wack. Give it a year or two and they could have some better pc’s. Definitely agree on the TDX rise, they’ve become slightly less wack.
