why is dx even relevant?
by: DamnHalf of their mixers are with Chi Psi because no girls show up to their own parties. The parties at the house aren't even parties, they're "social gatherings." No one goes downstairs and people just stand around the first two floors and talk while all the brothers smoke cigs outside for 4 hours. Sororities don't even show up to their parties. Instead its the same group of 10 girls who aren't in sororities and got cut by mid tier sororitys and exclusively go to DX parties because they are under the impression that DX is still cool. The music sucks too, most of the guys have stuck up personalities and they just aren't fun anymore. I'll be honest, there are a couple of cool, genuine guys in the house, but I feel bad for the guys who got bids at Phi Psi/Chi Phi and joined here because it just seems like such a lame house that throws awful parties. They've lost all of their connections with core four, and when they mix with aphi or theta, only the 4 girls in each house who have boyfriends show up. They are relying on Chi Psi for parties/mixers with decent sororities, but I don't see DX staying relevant any longer. How can a house that only mixes with Pi Phi still be considered upper? They took a massive PC in an attempt to revive the house but most of the guys who got bids were only invited to join the house cause they brought somewhat good looking girls to their winter formal. They don't even have the same international/artsy/hipster vibe anymore and its exclusively just try hard meatheads.

well tbh, one thing that DX and AD both have in common is that their parties are filled with girls who aren't in sororities. As a girl who is in a top sorority I hate going to afters/parties at either now because the guys just pay attention to the GDIs since they are "easier."

Out of the 8 “GDI” girls you see at AD, 1 is dating a brother and the other 7 are close with people in the house so buzz off. Not everyone climbs. Some people just like to hang out with their friends and said friends happen to be in AD. Also just because a girl is not affiliated does not mean she is therefore “easy.” Most of those girls you’re demonizing are purely platonic friends with these boys. Maybe know the situation before you draw inaccurate conclusions.
