Can someone give a description of the middle tier houses on campus?

Chi Psi - fairly social climby, most of the older guys who started it up got cut by middle tier and lower tier houses, but they pull a good social schedule because of their house and previous multi ways
Fiji - no parties at house still(?), but brotherhood seems pretty close. some social awkward brothers but most are pretty fun
Pike - really weak brotherhood, a lot of brothers drop because current seniors power trip and try to run the party like hardos
Phi Sig - average white dudes, nothing spectacular, nothing bad. just not very memorable guys in this house
