AD isn’t top, their past 2 pc’s have been rejects from other upper/top frats mixed with uber rich internationals. Phi Psi took a lot of their rushes but their close affiliation with SDT holds them back. DU keeps having scandals and weird kids join, but their mixing schedule keeps them with Phi Psi. Sig Pi had a pretty typical rush, although not as tall this year, their lack of major parties (besides oasis) and lack of personality keep them sitting right below Phi Psi/DU.

Chi Phi SoPro hurts them a bit, but they are a step above the 3 listed directly below them. DX/Fiji/Chi Psi are all interchangeable in my mind—all 3 have significant issues that don’t let them separate from each other. DX’s internal conflicts along with messing up their relations with Mid-tier strats hurts them. Fiji can’t throw any house parties and their recent PC was rather small. Chi Psi is held up by their mixing schedule but the brothers are weird and creepy.

Lambda moves down to the middle tier because their last PC was horrible, only took 13 people and bidded 40 people. Pike and Pi Kapp are above Phi Sig and Phi Tau because they throw better parties. Sammy may rise up to the middle tier in the fall with ZBT on probation and with their new house. TDX is an interesting case, they have like half of 1 Sig Nu PC mixed with all the thumpty people, nobody knows where they will end up. DKE & DTD have had semi-decent PC's the past year and may move up to the bottom of the lower middle tier.
