is alpha phi omega relevant

i feel like they are consisted of people who can't get a place in greek system but have to be involved with something otherwise they have no social life

Alpha phi omega consists of people who genuinely care about doing service within a nice community. It’s not something people turn to if they just don’t get a bid. In fact there are plenty of people in frats and sororitys that are members. Definitely not something to scoff at.
