spring transfer rush

If I am coming to campus in January, is there any way for me to rush?

For sure at a disadvantage but if you're chill most houses outside the top 6 or 7 should not be hard to get a bid at...only reason might be more difficult looking for a sig chi ad sig phi du sig pi phi psi even prob dx is that they've been rushing kids the entire last semester and know pretty much who they want

^ There's Spring Rush (For all students), and Fall Rush (For Sophomores and Upperclassmen).

And if you're cool, and vibe well with the brothers, you'll get a bid from the house. Recruiting is a multi-step process, so you and the brothers will genuinely get to know each other.

Spring rush is in january. Fall rush is in september. I recommend doing spring as a sophomore transfer. Very few houses would want to take you in the fall as a junior.

Spring rush is a week before school starts in january. There is no mid semester rush for any frat so this would be your inly time to join. It is tough for transfers because you have orientation but it is still possible to meet people and get a bid if you are chill.

In theory you could get a bid at an upper house but it would be much more difficult since they have been dirty rushing kids all fall semester and already have a good list of kids they want. If you stand out then it wont be a problem. Not impossible, just harder.

Which would be the most likely to get a bid at?

I want to try for lower upper (phi psi, DU, DX)

And how can I best improve my chances?
