Pike is objectively a much better house than Sammy, phi tau, and pi kapp so should a tier above them. This is due to both social preference and a quality spring pc (20 guys from like 25 bids)
A year or even 6 months ago I would have agreed with you but things are changing

I would say none of the upper middle houses deserve to be with DX. DX Should be in upper tie.
Chi Phi could prob be upper to but Chi Psi, Fiji, Lambda, and Pike are same level in my eyes

They shouldn't but neither should Fiji, Chi Psi, Fiji or Lambda .
DX needs to be in upper they are better than all the houses in upper mid
