best frat that doesn't haze?

Incoming freshman not looking to be hazed because I've heard of GPAs dropping whole points cause of hazing. I still want to rush a respected frat tho. Are there any that don't?

The only decently respectable frats that dont haze that I know of are Phi Tau and Pike
