best frat that doesn't haze?

Incoming freshman not looking to be hazed because I've heard of GPAs dropping whole points cause of hazing. I still want to rush a respected frat tho. Are there any that don't?

would proabably go with phi tau. They are pretty well known for having little to no hazing. Pledging honestly is not that bad anywhere except the top frats, since most pledging is only around 4 weeks here.
