rushing a top frat without connections

Is it possible to rush a top frat, as a transfer, without any connections? I want to join delta chi, and Im coming as a sophomore, but IDK anyone at cornell. Help is appreciated.

I rushed a top house this year as a soph without knowing anyone and made it. Just show up, be nice, try to get to know as many brothers as possible.
