Middle tiers are all outdated. Lambda and Phi Sig have fallen fast with recent PCs and Pi Kapp and ZBT have fallen below frats that weren’t even included in this list like Sig Ep and Sammy at this point. All that doesn’t even compare to the fact that Llenroc is in the top 10 and above Chi Phi, which is laughable even with Chi Phi’s suspension

Their old house was bringing them down. With SAE's house, I can see them potentially moving ahead Pike, ZBT, etc... but we'll see
