Can someone highlight the differences between phi psi and sig phi interested in rushing these two houses next year as a freshman?

They are two similar houses that get many of the same rushes. Here is what I’ve picked up:

Sig phi- a preppy, wealthy Ivy League fraternity vibe. Girls historically like them a lot. Similar vibe to Alpha Delt.

Phi psi- a more rowdy, state school fraternity vibe. Known for their extremely close and tight-nit brotherhood. Has a similar vibe to houses like Sig Chi, and DU

Go to the houses and see who you vibe with more. Ask questions to the brothers not random guys o on this website. But judging from this post, I think KDR would be a more realistic target for you.
