Considering the other two houses lost their top rushes to phi psi, I think the answer is pretty clear

Don't think anyone in phi psi hits the gym hard enough to be a top rush for sip pi

DU is very obviously above the other 2. Mix with core 4 more often and pull from a different tier of rushes. Then sig pi because they’ve historically been upper. Phi psi is bffs with sdt so theres no shot they could be considered the coolest of the 3.

Also i feel likeDX is in this tier, might not be the “king” of this tier butvis my favorite out of allof them
