Drop chi psi to the tier below, and swap pike with lambda, ... or at least move pike down and lambda up

Second group should be DU > Phi Psi > Sig Pi, Phi Tau and Phi Sig should be switched with Sig Ep and Sammy, Lambda should also be up at least with that group, and ZBT fell far but not that far, should be right above Kappa Sig where Lambda is rn. Also Sig Nu should be below Chi Phi
