They are relevant now. They've taken decent pcs the last two years and mix well with mid sororitys. Conversely, Phi Sig has had two bad pcs in a row, while Pi Kapp is becoming less and less involved in the social scene. These factors together definitely make Phi Tau relevant and in the top 15.

They really haven't improved much recently, it's just that all the houses they compete with are either being suspended or declining. Maybe put Phi Sig at 15 but everyone knows they've been struggling too

They could be suspended 2 years and llenroc wouldn’t be anywhere near them. Llenroc is wack. Chi psi is better than Sig nu anyways lol
