dont know what to do, any advice helps

by:

Hey, so I'm a sophomore who just pledged and joined a frat. I've had a tough journey to where I am now, severe depression and the whole deal, resulting in me taking time off and coming back intermittently. As a result I haven't really built up a friend group here, which is primarily why I joined a frat.

I viewed it as an opportunity to meet a lot of people and have a big social life.

Which is what brings me to my situation now- I recently joined a "upper middle" tier frat, and while there are some brothers and some of my pledge class that I vibe with, I'm not sure I do with all of them. I feel like I'm always trying to be a more bro-ey of myself to fit in, when I'm naturally not exactly like that. I'm not sure whether frat life isn't for me or isn't, and I'm scared to drop because I don't want to be lonely.

Any advice?

Stick it out, pledging tends to bring the broey nature out in everyone. In a month or so, everyone's vibes will chill out and you should fit in more comfortably
