DG took their expected girls and have been consistently top house for years. Theta has had a tougher time than usual keeping their house together and their latest PC shows it. Alpha Phi didn't manage that "hot" of a new PC, a rough rush on their end. Kappa's been declining for years, they took a weird inconsistent bunch of girls and have lost a lot of identity. Tridelt hasn't changed, still snagging chicks based on whether they've been transported. SDT has been social climby as ever, so they're doing decently for themselves as a house, even if their PCs are getting consistently worse. Pi Phi had a decent rush this year, but half their house deactivated and they're desperately trying to rebrand, weirdly taking in a lot of girls they would never have bidded in the past and alienating members. KD and AEPhi didn't do anything special this year, KD was hit harder than usual this rush. AXO did really well, definitely establishing themselves above the lower tier houses. AZD established itself at the top of the lower tier. PSS is essentially the same, but Phi Mu shows a lot of promise, especially given their new physical house.

a lot of movement in the lower tiers this year. AXO and AXiD did really well and are definitely moving up, PSS did much better than in years past, Phi Mu still bottom but they have a lot of potential with the new house.
KD and AEPhi need to step it up to avoid being passed.

while I personally think that AXO got a better new PC than KD, one PC isn't enough to change things that drastically. you have to keep in mind the overall house, not just one year's rush.
