lower tier transformation

Its obvious that AXO and AZD had a great recruitment this year... AZD has been getting more fun and attractive girls each year for a while now, and AXO came out of nowhere this year and killed the game. PSS is also improving a bit each year. KD on the other hand has not been improving (despite caring way too much about their ranking), and AEPhi did not do well at all this year... neither of those houses made quota. Definitely expecting to see a change in campus perception of these houses. This year, not improving in the lower tier was equivalent to falling down relative to other comparable houses. Also props to phi mu this year. With their new house, it seems like their PC was comparable to PSS and AEPhi
