worried about sorority rankings

Phi Sig Sig and AXO were my top going in, and I felt like i would be a good fit. i ended up being cut from both, and am now in a lower house. i actually really like all the girls in my sorority, but since it is considered "bottom tier" I'm worried I will be judged by other girls/guys who care about rankings.
I am just frustrated bc I was popular in high school and not extremely unattractive, but I guess I can be a little reserved at first/don't make the best first impression.

Is it worse to be in a "bottom" sorority or none at all?

You have worth as a person regardless of your house! People here take ranking too seriously, please listen when I say that you will love your experience as long as you bond with your sisters and don't worry about tier/ranking. Rush doesn't bring out every amazing quality a person has and so awesome girls get cut because the process is so harsh. Give it some time, I think you will love it!

most of the coolest, most fun girls i know are the ones who don't care about these bs rankings.
as a guy, i honstly respect and admire those who dont think they can be defined or changed by what house they are in
