It seems pretty clear that AXO took a fire pc this year. Have they surpassed KD and AEPhi in terms of desirability? I'd say so. The new middle tier should go as follows:

Tri Delt / Pi Phi / SDT
AXO

KD
AEPhi
AZD

AXO already mixes well with upper-mid and some lower-upper frats, so their new pc will continue to solidify their presence in the middle tier.

I just saw their social schedule for the next month. They have a darty with llenroc, some stuff with phi tau, phi sig, and phi delt I think.
