I did the MRABA last night but I'm really regretting it now and I'm realizing I don't want a bid from either of the houses I put down. Can I still drop out?

you don't actually have to accept the bid, so if you don't want to join, just turn them down

Honestly if you got a bid from either house I would go to a few events to see if your opinion changes, it's really hard to make up your mind through rush a lone.
