they care about personality for sure! sometimes its just hard because they literally have to cut 50% each day, so you just have to stick out and be memorable

contrary to what this site says, every sorority on campus cares about personality and none just take random girls they don't like because they're moderately attractive

Trust me there are girls much prettier than me on campus who did not get a bid, and they said they wanted me because they wanted this PC to be more genuine and nice and they want to change their rep so they made an effort to choose girls who have a lot of substance, and after talking to my sisters I can vouch this is very true.
