frats on the rise

A lot of talk about which houses should be ranked above others, but which ones do you guys feel like are on the rise? Like if they have a solid PC this semester then they might be lit next year?

Is Chi Psi really on the rise? Haven't really seen them super active on campus for the past two semesters. Anyone care to elaborate?

Nah, they're most likely gonna plateau at upper-middle. The guys they took in this fall and last spring are very "middle tier." Nice guys, but nothing to boost them to upper
