frats on the rise

A lot of talk about which houses should be ranked above others, but which ones do you guys feel like are on the rise? Like if they have a solid PC this semester then they might be lit next year?

Nah, they're most likely gonna plateau at upper-middle. The guys they took in this fall and last spring are very "middle tier." Nice guys, but nothing to boost them to upper
