As stated above so far they've only had a paintball event and a formal dinner. Most of the guys they have lined up are sophomores that didn't rush freshman year, and at this point, they only have about 3-5 guys ready to join. It's difficult for them to host many dirty rush events because a member of their chapter is the president of IFC and so it would look bad on the chapter if they were doing stuff "off the books." Most of the guys who are ready to join, most people would consider "nice, but mid-tier guys" and all of the freshman who attended their events have their eyes set on Phi Psi, Chi Phi, and Sig Chi. As it stands right now, this Spring PC will most definitely be the PC that sends DX straight to lower-mid.

Could be a decent pledge low, graduate high opportunity. Or a bust if they take another sub-par pc.

You clearly haven't read any of the other posts regarding DX. One of the issues that plagues them is they have high egos and are stuck up. What will most likely happen is they are going to try to only go for top tier guys, loose out to better frats, and be left with the guys they gave bids to who didn't get in to their favorite place as well as just regular guys. They will definitely get a small PC and have to make up for it in the fall. This was one of the reasons they had fall rush last semester, and they didn't take a class cause no one rushed their house lmao.

Said this in another one of the DX posts, but take everything that's said on here with a grain of salt. There's definitely been one kid really aggressively trying to tear DX down. Whether or not that's warranted I'm not really sure, honestly don't know too much about them. Only way to know anything for sure about a house and how selective they'll be is to go there, meet the brothers, and scope out the kinds of guys coming around to their events.
Only speaking up on this because I'd be pissed if some dude from another frat were sitting behind his computer screen trying to tear my house down to advance his house. It's getting ridiculous at this point.

it's only getting ridiculous cuz people keep acting baffled that delta chi might have problems, and keep asking questions like, "why aren't they the #1 frat on campus still?" There's like 10 reasons why dx has been slipping and they're addressed pretty much everyday lol

Again, that very well may be the case, but if it is let the rushes see and decide that for themselves. Everyone on this site has an agenda in favor of his/her organization. There's not a chance that you've been trying to move them down 3/4 entire tiers right before rush week out of a genuine concern that everyone keeps up with the happenings of the Delta Chi boys lol.

their houses havent moves in tens of years, yet, they are still subpar.
At least chi psi house isnt cornell owned (unlike phi psi), what means that chi psi will not die even if kicked off campus (we see that rn), whereas if you join phi psi you might have nothing to come back to in 10 years
